"See You On Sunday" Premiere (Event)

The "See You On Sunday" premiere features the skateboarders Scott Jervik, Jake Kirby, Warren Gaubatz, Quin Piper, Austin Flood, Alex Witknowski, Zak Fuller, Brandon Macedo, Tyler Cashman and others included in the friends montage. These local skateboarders from Huntington Beach spent years into the making of this captivating, 48 minute film which truly displays how their hard work and dedication has paid off. I really loved the artistic edge with the collage of friends and the random, humorous clips that were incorporated into the film. The overall atmosphere of the "See You On Sunday" premiere was full of pure bliss. It really united everyone, and truly was a premiere that is near and dear to my heart. But best of all, it's so awing seeing friends evolve through their growth, their talent, and their timeline of progression with skateboarding. And I'm so very proud with the advancements they have made. Enduring each and every fall, and still having the willpower to get back up and ride is a phenomenon that essentially bonds skaters together. The passion, the pain, and the pursuit is what is under-looked about skaters. Getting back on your wheels and manning up against the concrete is an infinite battle for skaters in which I so highly accredit them for. But overall, the sole energy at the "See You On Sunday" premiere was overflowing with love, and must assuredly so, this film is all deserving of such love to overflow.
