I believe in taking stress like a grain of sand and being mindful of life’s uncertainties. In removing the kind of heavy grains of sand that weigh you’re hands down as they burden us from grasping life in a peaceful state. It’s the kind that agonize your mind with a shore of stress, distracting you with an island of anxieties. I believe in the enlightening, uplifting life that awaits you once you get past the painfully burning sand and encompassed in cool, content waters.

Wind blustering, clouds enclosing, pores sweating, and the rushing adrenaline through my veins exhilarate on my jog on the beach on an early Saturday morning. I was interrupted by a distracting scene out in the ocean, and sat glimpsing at such an awing view. And in that moment I discovered the beauty of a peaceful state of mind.
